4.5 We will not exclude or limit liability in relation to any personal one-on-one advice we provide under this Code.
4.6 We perform our services with competence, integrity, honesty and care.
4.7 We comply with all relevant legislation including:

- Competition and Consumer Act 2010
- State and Territory Fair Trading legislation

4.9 We assist customers in understanding and completing their chosen provider’s onboarding process.
