4.5 We will not exclude or limit liability in relation to any personal one-on-one advice we provide under this Code.

4.6 We perform our services with competence, integrity, honesty and care.

4.7 We comply with all relevant legislation including:

• Private Health Insurance Act 2007
• Privacy Act 1988
• Competition and Consumer Act 2010
• State and Territory Fair Trading legislation

4.8 We disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest and maintain appropriate records.

4.9 We assist customers in understanding and completing their chosen provider’s onboarding process.

5. User Responsibilities
